Hit and Run
« on: September 01, 2010, 08:54:54 AM »
I was supposed to head out today for my 3 week stint in the mountains.  Unfortunately, some jerk off big rig decided to side swipe me and take off yestereday.  Now I sit here pondering how to get my trailer and hunting gear up to the mountains.   :(

Good luck to everyone this season!  One way or another, I am going to get my butt to the mountain.

Talk to your insurance company. I got hit a few years ago, mine rented me a truck to pull my travel trailer.

I am not that far from you, if you pay for the gas I can get you out on Sunday and drop your trailer off for you. I got drawn for toutle so will be elk hunting up to the 19th. So you might be able to ask some of the other guys on here to maybe pick you and the trailer up.

Hope you are aboe to get up and out, sucks when that crap happens.

Thanks for the offer.  I just got off the phone with my insurance adjuster.  They are going to fix all the tie rods, power steering rack and suspension issues by tomorrow 10:00am.  I can bring back the truck after huning to get all my body damage fixed.  Looks like I can make it up before the wekeend.   :IBCOOL:

I appreciate everyones kindness.  Good to luck to everyone!!!
