Bonked this little guy, about 10 lbs.

Bunch of flossers among the bobber and egg guys.
Hung up 1 guy across the river, his hook was about a foot above his sinker. i asked him if he knew snagging was illegal. He just said " whatever".
I cut his line and sent it back to him.
