Howlers were the calls of choice today.

I Picked up this little female at first light today at 112 yards.

Then after a great lunch and some target shooting, we went back out around 330pm and howled up this male. He was in the middle of his last pee marking episode when I blew his guts all over the pasture at 84 yards. It was getting late so we headed for the mini van.....er...uh, I mean the Truck  :chuckle:

I don't do like VV does it, I call mine in   :chuckle:

Checkin' wind and makin' smoke.
That's how I roll...

Nice going FF, It kinda looks like that snow camo on your face is getting a little more prevalent.  :chuckle:

When are they going to update the total kill sheet? This is a very cool contest!
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

If the snow keeps melting off, he'll have to get some Grecian Formula "CAMO".  :stirthepot:

Or is it Just For Men.  "No play for mister gray!"  :chuckle:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

Nice Job FF and VV. I sat in my van today and watched a yote catch and eat 5 mice, less then 300 yds from the shop. Boy that was tough, my trigger finger was twitching like crazy. :bash:

Hey VV

Apparently, the coyotes can't believe a guy can do that to his face. Therefore they can't help but come to investigate.  :yike:

How else do you think he get all those doggies under 200yds! :stirthepot:

Good Job FALFire

Matt,

That is my Dad's Ruger 77 22-250 that he picked up a number of years ago. So I decided to take it along on this hunt to kill a dog or two for him. I think I need to recheck zero on it cause it's shooting a little low and right, blew the innards out of both of these dogs and took quite a azz chewin' from VV about it too.  :'(  :chuckle:

Well, actually after I did a bunch of work to it, it finally began to shoot pretty well. I floated the barrel, bedded the action, put a better trigger in it, took some time to hand load some 55 Ballistic Tips for it and ran about 200 rounds through it, after all that it began to shoot. Now I just need to find my load data I had so I can get back to where it was when it shot 1/2 groups. But I agree, most rugers are crap for accuracy.
