x2 on that tlbradford. another note "tip" is watch the other animals and birds around. i can't tell you how many times, i have been tipped off by birds that a coyote was in the area.

Deer too! Lots of times I've been looking at a deer in the area, and it looks over its shoulder, or up the draw, and here comes Mr. Songdog. Deer obviously have great vision, I use it.

Well thanks for letting that 1 slide!  I guess I will have to carry a sign in my back pack when I am in 3 miles so I can let everyone know that I am not cheating.  :)  I have been on this site since it started just under a dif name, and have never done anything that might be iffy or questionable so when I shoot a dog or post something you better beleive it! Wow 1 more time of someone discrediting me, you can just take the team off of this little fun contest. I can tolerate a lot of things but indians and people not beleiving me or thinking something negative.

Yeah antlerking, we all made a pact to pick on you.  We have finally had enough of all of your lies and decided to make an example out of you....  :dunno:

Seriously...there is going to be pressure right off the bat that the few rules we have are followed.  There is no reason to get in a huff about it, this wasn't about YOU, it was about following the rules.  If I were the moderator and saw you shoot that dog, no picture with you or a sign, no point.  Those are the rules.  Don't make this personal and forgive my sarcasm.

Also, I've taken pics of myself holding the scruff of a dog by the neck...it will work in a pinch.  Granted, that mangy mutt probably wasn't worth touching....it is the front runner for the ugliest dog though  :chuckle:

Wasn't that the one where Tbradford gave you 2 points cause he thought it was just 2 mangy mutts in the pic? :chuckle: :yike:

Jeez AntlerKing, You really didn't think you weren't going to get a ribbing over that?

I thought the chicken scratch was actually pretty smart. You knew the rules, you did your best to follow them. You got the point. On to the next dog! :twocents:

I've been out of town for a bit but starting to catch up on some of the posts on this thread.  I'd like to start off with agreeing with a prior comment

Photos of live coyotes just to earn points are for weenies.  :IBCOOL:

I like the idea of a cap of pics of dogs while on the stand.  I got to thinking how many dogs I called and how many I just killed last year.  I believe I shot 65 last year on this contest and it would be safe to say less than half were called.  Yet, somehow that doesn't bother me any.  I'm with Carp, kill em all.

Anyhow, to mix this up a bit more after some ribbing between me and SWAG last year on how many dogs killed and how many shots HE fired, I'm going to keep a running total of both and think it would be fun for anyone else who wants to to do the same.

For example, I had forgotten about this and today ran across this guy

I hit him about 150 yards, he started the slow spins and I gave him one more.  Swag reminded me that that is 2 shots and one dog so I'll have to be more careful.   :chuckle:  But, I'm on the board....

Hey, I got a cell phone pic from BULLELk also !!! He didn't have a team name sign either so I added it. :chuckle:

:lol4:  Not really, BullElk would run out of bullets before he got that many  :yike:

Not sure what you meant by this big10, either I carry a 4 round clip only, to lazy to load more then 20 rounds at a time or I'm a s**tty shot, I'll let you slide on this one, this time.
