I remember seeing on the news they took a bunch from the chehalis river area and transplanted them there.

Theres an incentive tag, theres a tag for someone who is terminal, theres a govenors tag, there is the raffle tag, there is a regional raffle tag.....
they're auction tags, not governor's tags in Washington.

It may have, but the nooksack was re-populated in the mid 90s.
