Is this a bull from this year and is it a washington bull? I noticed the rifle too?  Incentive or Raffle tag?

We've seen the raffle tags for both sides and I know thats not one of them. I've also seen one of the intentive tag eastside bulls, and thats not one of them, there's been some rifle rut hunt permits, hasn't there?

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Like I had stated before, I am not to give any details. What I can say is that it is not tribal and everything is perfectly legal.  :)
Just one more day

357 Magnum bull  ;)
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
