Blue Mountain Muzzle loader bull?

Anybody have the skinny on this bull?  Rumor has it 398 7/8 gross, net ?  taken in the blues. I think I attached a picture.  If not I will try posting again later.

Looks like it could be 398", but no way it's in the Blues..... it's flat where the picture was taken.....plus there's no elk in the Blues either.
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!
