Going for grouse!
« on: October 28, 2010, 10:35:34 PM »
Gonna be going out to look for / hunt grouse Saturday, I don't have a dog so we will see how it goes :/
also might call some clear cuts for yotes.
Any tips for a beginner to the grouse hunting scene?
Also if I get one I'm probably gonna taxidermy it, seeing as I need the practice :p
thanks

Walk old grassed over roads for grouse.
As far as calling for Coyotes. You may want to wait a few weeks. Depending what area your in. The last thing you want to do is blow someone's deer hunt.
