Montana Black gold sight / customer service
« on: October 05, 2010, 08:31:14 AM »
I put a Montana Black gold sight on my bow last spring. I really like the sight as it is easy to adjust & very well made. It has the cover that turns purple in sunlight or clear in shade to keep your pins the same brightness. I slipped this hunting season on a log and whacked the cover perfect which cracked it & broke a small corner off. I called the company last Friday & wanted to buy a new cover, they informed me that the sight had a lifetime warranty, they were sorry it broke and sent me out a new one with a spare at no charge even for shipping. Now that is the kind of customer service companies should be providing ! Totally unexpected in today's make a buck climate. Kudos to Montana Black Gold. Mike

I give this sight 5 stars along with the customer service.

Good to hear! I've never heard a bad thing about any of their products either. I had a similar experience with qad. Customer service is a big part of my job and I'm always happy when I get good customer service!
