Late season elk partner?
« on: October 27, 2010, 03:19:18 PM »
Anyone looking for a bowhunting partner  :dunno:? I'm in Spokane and hunted Colville National Forest this year- still undecided on where to go late season Elk...Yakima maybe? Anyone with experience late archery elk I would love any advice......

I'm in good shape and the farther away I can get from the roads, the better  8). Wouldn't mind packing out a new buddy's elk to earn my keep  :'(. (I would do it anyway  ;).)

When is your time frame? I am heading over the friday after Thanksgiving.  I already got my elk during the early season but still need to fill my deer tag. The rest of my group still need to fill there elk tags.  We will be in the little naches and would be happy to lend a hand.

I'm hunting by myself as well my partner has a westside tag. I will be scouting the naches and nile units in the next couple weeks. Don't know which unit I'll be hunting but your more than welcome to hunt with me. Negative is I've never hunted either of these units but plan to figure it out HOPEFULLY.
