So am I missing something? I see my pic is not up on the poll and I realize that I didn't adjust to the required size but I do see several pics on the poll that violate the same rule??? :dunno:

that would probably be because I missed them.  I try to weed out any that violate the rule   I'm not perfect though, just ask my wife ;)
