I know the battery powered motion dekes are illegal here, but does anyone use manual or wind activated ones? any recommendations? any info would help
 ;)

Winduks work the best in slight wind IMHO. I also use a jerk cord if the pond is calm, a single coot or medium deke above a coffeecan anchor with bungee....

Does anyone know if those shaker weights are legal? they are battery powered. but i dont think they are a decoy. just go in the decoys to add motion deal.  :dunno:

I believe all/any powered devices are illegal in this state.

Use a whip-splash.... Decoy with  rubberband mechinism inside connected to wings that rotate when string is pulled! Just have the black side of the wings faced up or they'll flare..
