He made a long water retrieve on a wounded goose,when he was coming back with it he went under and disappeared never to be found and seen again,swept away by the current,must of had a heart attack,he was only seven.

Sorry for your loss Buckshot. Our blackie had 11 pups 5 weeks ago. She is a mix but real birdie when we take walks on our property always points and find the grouse. I only the dad is full black lab. We will have them @ red apple in Concrete in am 900 till 1200 this saturday. She had a litter last year from our male and the neighbour boy got champion at the fair this summer with his male from her. If you want one just let me know pm me. BTW all are free to good homes.

What a horrible story. Sorry to hear about that. Sounds like he had a great life, though.
