I have had a Sony DSC-H1 for several years but a couple years back it started acting up and I just have never got it fixed. It is acting like it is instantly draining the batteries. I have tried expensive batteries and rechargable batteries including the ones that came with it. It will turn on when you put fresh batteries in it and you can view the pictures but as soon as you try to take a picture the screen either just shuts off or fades to white and stays there until you remove the batteries
. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I love taking pictures out in the woods and would like to start taking some of better quality than my point and shoot.
