COYOTE HUNTING
« on: November 09, 2010, 01:55:32 PM »
Thinking about doing my part in controlling the coyote population in NW Washington but don't know what to do w/ them after I shoot them. Is there anyone in the area that takes them for the pelts? I could care less if I get any money for them. Thanks for any info!

taxis may pay you around 10$ for them, that is not a promise.  you can just skin them out and tan them yourself for fun, or leave them in the field( what some people do)  some people i have heard smoke them for jerky but honestly don't know if ill ever try that myself.

??? Coyote jerky???  :puke:

I'll pass...

I have no use for the hides so I won't be taking the time to skin them out.
