Mine is detached, its a 36 x 72 building half will be the taxidermy shop , and a third of that is going to be the Show Room! At least thats how I am thinking right now. Just need more customers so I can finish the dang thing.

Tax deduction ...yes.....Higher property taxes oh my god yes.....I have to pay taxes on 450,000 this year because of that shop!

That sucks cheese.  Just wait until they hit you with some more "run-off" tax.  Don't pave your walk or drive to it.
