I was archery hunting down there opening day and last Saturday.  Saturday was packed I saw too many hunters in the timber, way more than last year.  I had heard a couple of cows got dropped Friday.   I didn't hear much shooting Saturday though.  I moved over to the Winston at mid day.

Bout what i figured. Smoke polers always seem to hit it pretty hard over there but sometimes it helps get the critters moving around more. Oh well heading there in the morning anyways and maybe Petermen for the evening
