 I just got done comparing the online courses for Wa and Id and they are exactly the same... Should make it easier to pass the field day portion of the test! :)

If you've hunted archery in Washington before, you don't have to take the test in Idaho.  I just had to show them an old archery tag from Washington and I was good to purchase the archery permit.

Alan i'm guessing you were born before jan 1 75... otherwise you have to take it is my understanding...
