Burris and Steiner

Are Burris and Steiner the same company?  I emailed Burris to see if I could get replacment lens caps for my Bino's and the
return email i got says Burris and Steiner customer service.

I dunno about steiner, but burris is owned by beretta, as well as a whole bunch of other mfr's. I hope your cust service was better then my beretta expierience.

It's been great so far. I e-mailed them asking if they have replacement lens covers for the ones that are on my Bino's and said if they do hat i would like to buy some,  got an e-mail back telling me that if they had any in stock that they would have them shipped out the next day, and that i would not have to buy them.

burris treated me right when I scrambled one of their cheapy fullfields......not quite as quick as leupold, but still better then swarovski. dealing with beretta is a pain in the wallet/ass

That's a step up for burris. steiner makes some great binos.

hope they dont mess with the steiners too much.
