reg question

january 2011 goes to january 31 but in the regs by the front it says waterfowl closses the 30th. do you guys think that it was a mistake or is that were it closses? im just going to assume the 30th but would always like another day to hunt

it closes the last sunday of January every year. so the 30th is the right day.
