reg question

january 2011 goes to january 31 but in the regs by the front it says waterfowl closses the 30th. do you guys think that it was a mistake or is that were it closses? im just going to assume the 30th but would always like another day to hunt  :)

it closes the last sunday of January every year. so the 30th is the right day.
