Monster Iowa Buck
« on: December 11, 2010, 08:34:23 AM »
My Dad just sent this to me from his phone.  Not sure if it is the real thing or bogus.  The forward said it was taken off of a water treatment plant's land near Cedar Rapids Iowa. Sorry the picture kind of sucks.

There's more than one way to skin a cat, but that cat won't like any of them...

Oops!  Sorry for the old news.  Check out this dandy taken near the same area last week.  They must be doing something right around there.

  Incorrect.

Yes, the buck was killed 4 years ago (2006) but it was killed in Adams County Ohio and is fondly refered to as the "Amish Buck."

Here is a link to the story about this buck. (Man, I NEVER get tired of lookin' at that beast!)

There are some bruisers back there.  I took this "Little one" last year but my brother shot at an 18 point with three times the mass that a local farmer anchored the next day.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
