One of my friends shoots the drenalin. I have shot them a lot. Its one of the last bows that matthews built that i would own. I looked at it and really like the bow. They are good shooters as well, i am not a fan of the new matthews and like the older styles like the switchback and the drenalin.

I have been shooting a Mathews Drenalin since 2007 and haven't found a bow that I like more than it for hunting.  It is lightweight and compact and it tunes very easily with my broadheads.

My buddy shoots one said it is the best Mathews he has ever shot.  He gets a new bow about every year but he always hangs on to his drenalin.

I have one and love it too.  Though I haven't used it in two years as I've been burning power. :bfg:

Had the legacy and loved it, upgraded a couple years ago to the drenalin.  Great bow, light, compact and I am very happy with it.

i shoot the long draw and love it, i just wish i could estimate range better on elk! it isnt the fastest bow in the world but it is smooth and very forgiving.

I went from the Switchback XT to the Drenalin to the Reezen and finally to the Z7 and there is no comparison to the Z7 (the first model, not this years model because I have not shot it yet and I won't!).
Expect excellence, but don't require it!

I don't have a Dren yet, but am going to look for one this winter. I shoot a Switchback and love it, except for the weight. It's heavy. The Dren is pretty much the same bow as a Switchback, but just lighter. The one I shot felt great. I shot a Z7 last year and felt the draw cycle to be a bit smoother, but it had more hand shock than my Switchback and felt kinda twitchy.

i went from a golden eagle to a high country to the drenaline and the drenaline is deffinetly the better bow outta the three really smooth and light weight i will probably be shootin it for quite a few more seasons till i can afford a z7.
