Big Surprise

I went to chase cats or photoshoot bucks this weekend.  Most of it was anticlimatic due to one issue after another.  I did happen to so this little fella in Eburg though.  That was a surprse.

I think some of that is teenage youth.   He has some pretty pronounced coloring.  I got a couple really cool pics of him.   I'm glad I saw something this weekend.  It wasn't where I expected to find one either. I was looking for a bull. LOL

He will be a ripper buck in a year or two! Hope he gets some width to go with is tall rack.

Remember that nice shed I found up wilson years ago... Never ever saw a buck that big in all my years working that country... (he wasn'ta monster, just something like what you posted...)

I am always surprised to see nice mulies around Ebug. I always manage to see a few, now just few, really nice ones in December, January when hiking. God knows where they hide out the rest of the year  :dunno:
