Buy your big game license and bear tag for 2011 (it might not allow you until 2011). Purchase the special permit application. https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/wa/license

Then go apply for the special permit for spring bear. It's not open for applications yet. There will be an announcment and when it is open the website will permit you to submit applications -->  https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/wa/specialhunt

Thanks Ray appreciate the help. Dont have any points so I dont expect to draw but it would be a fun hunt thats for sure.

As for the Blues...why would anyone travel to the east from the west side just to shoot a bear  :dunno: If the blues really are where you like to hunt than I would assume you would want as many of the predators killed as you could get. Unless your just a bear hunter than it makes sense. As long as you kill your two every year, then you bring your family in to kill two, then friends, their family, etc  :chuckle:
Bears are cool but I need to thin them out of my deer hunting areas.

Confirmed. One on the east, one on the west, or two on the west.

WHERE WOULD I HAVE TO GO TO APPLY FOR A APECIAL PERMIT AFTER I'VE PURCHASED A SPECIAL PERMIT APLICATION?
