One of the biggest typical whitetails alive in the world or to EVER live in this world currently lives in Huckleberry.  Thats the Gods honest truth.   Good luck finding him though.   He even frequents public ground or isn't soley on private though he can't help but cross it once in awhile.  He will certainly threaten if not beat the current world record.

Yes, the population is down.  Look at the last winter or two.    Throw in some roadkill, maybe rumors of a wolf or two and you have a recipe for tag soup in the making.

Nope, I wish.  Someone I trust though.  You'll note he hasn't posted any shed pics.  :chuckle:
A buck of this caliber would go ape*censored* across the internet and hunting circles.  Damn canadians would be showing up at your step.

This wouldn't surprise me one bit. It sounds like he has some sheds to this buck..that's awesome!

I spent most of a summer scouting for Moose in the Huckleberry unit for my buddy's tag a couple years ago and then hunted it in the fall.  Personally saw plenty of Mule deer, no monsters, but some fairly good bucks.  Lots of whitetails down low as well.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

Now why would you say something like that?  Your gonna make people think there are big bucks running around 121!!  Dont be fooled everyone!!! We all know that the only big whitetails around are in 205!!  Easy to find too!!!   ;)
There are no stupid questions... just lots of inquisitive idiots!
