Agree with what Machias has said....get the xlr 250 LED and be done with it.  The xlr red or green LED does not lose 50% of the brightness because the color comes from the LED not a shade in front of the lense.    :twocents:

Thanks Machias and Gramps. It's too late. I've already sent away for it. I guess i'll just have to see for myself. I've learned no matter what the item, person, place or thing not everybody is going to like it. We all have our expectations so I won't shoot too high and be disapointed all that much. :chuckle:           thx again
