I'm not familiar with the Citadel but with a crimson trace grip that is a great price.

American made and the good thing is all the mech of the gun are comp. with the colt 1911, great gun for the value i bought two but the wife says its to big so we bought the colt 1911 38 super for her.

No, not going to conceal it.  I have a Glock 30 for that.

  Yep it is possible but unless I was buying a stripped model to build I would not. If you are intending to use it "as is" just go buy a Glock.
