A few pics from the midwest.
« on: January 26, 2011, 08:33:31 PM »
Well I hope I'm not to out of place here, but this site has the best photography section of all the hunting sites I check out.   I'm just getting started, got a used Nikon D100 with a couple lenses for Christmas and I am finding out how addicting and fun taking pictures can be.

Here's a few out of the first couple hundred that I took that actually looked ok to me.  Any thought on what I could do to take better ones would be great

Nice pics. They got me all nolstagic from growing up in IL. Born and raised in Danville, near Champaign. Seen a few cornfields in my time.

Oh man you had me for a second!   Just thought you all might like to see some pics from elsewhere in the country, I know it's cool to see the great scenery out there. :)

Great pics, thanks for sharing them, those turkey pics got me going. Have a buddy from the Army there, we are hunting Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio for birds this year.

Thanks for showing them

Where you gonna be hunting in Indy?  I'll have to give you a report on how the birds are acting when it gets close.

boonerboy I've got a farmer friend that would probably trade a hunt for something out there..
