Its still a little early to get serious about shed hunting but what the hey, fresh air,  sunshine, walking on top of the snow not busting through, still a good day to go for a hike.

Are there really people out there that watch these deer on a daily basis? If so.......does anybody work anymore?
I would imagine alot of guys out there possibly work in construction and are layed off right now.  :dunno:

I know of some locals that have picked up over 150 between the two of them so far.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

wow that's crazy! I don't have enough spots to find that many! Haha. If I can find 20 sheds I'll be happy. I'm at 7 so far. It's a good thing I'm not up where you guys all are. I'd have trouble finding any. The only person I've had to compete with is my damn uncle. He doesn't work and he's out there every day!

Whitetails around my place in Republic started dropping in December, mulies are half and half right now according to mmy buddy over there.  I'll be headed over to gather some up in a couple of weeks so they better get on the ball and lose the head gear!
