YOUTH ELK TAG QUESTION

Has anyone heard or hunted Blackrock ranch, Pine Mountain ranch or Silver Dollar?  If you get a youth tag for them is there other fees due to the ranch?  I see it in the WA guide to apply but don't know anything about it.  Any help would be appreciated
