arrow weight for different pound bows

does anyone have any advice on a good arrow weight for a 65-70 pound bow, im shooting 340 grain eastons right now, im looking for an arrow that will shoot a little faster that 340's and have no idea what would be a good weight, im shooting 100 grain tips. any help would be greatly appreciated

I shoot 125's for everything, compound, and even traditional right now.  Compound is 85 pounds with %50 let off and The Trad is pushing somewhere between 75-80 at 31 inches.

I think that the state minimun 6 grains per pd of pull is good start.  Could go a little heavier if you like.  Me I am pulling 70lbs with a 420 grain arrow.

Jake ideally you always want to stay on the stiff side of an arrow.  For example if you spec out at the border of a 340 and a 400 go with the 340.  I shoot competion archery and i get away with ridiculously low area weights-but there is no broadhead on the end.  I would not woory so much about speed.  I hear everyone saying they are shooting an arrow at 320.  what they dont understand is that is IBO.  which is 5 grains per pound.  This would be illegal in our fine state.  If you can get up to 280-290 and your broadheads are where they need to be run with it.  Hope this helps.
