What part of Calif is the ranch in?  What is the breakdown on the hunting lic and tag?  Reason I ask is as a non-resident disabled vet I can get the hunting lic at the resident price, so I would only need a non-resident pig tag.  How is Oct timeframe for hunting them? I usually head down and run bears for a few days in Oct, might have to add a few more days for a pig!  Thanks

The ranch in a 1.5hrs north of sacramento just off of I5. The non resident pig tag is $68.61 and the hunting license is 148.78. Thats great you get a reduced rate license. Pig hunting can be done any time with us. We could get you on some hogs even in october. :IBCOOL:

I will post up some pics here in a little bit of some of the boars and rams. Been super busy but wanted to get this up.

Wild boar can be very tasty! Depends a lot on the way the animal is taken care of in the field. The smaller the hog the better the eating as well  The big boars are best for sausage in my mind. But alright any way you want to eat them.

We are not running any dog hunts right now. But dirty24d we can still give it a go :chuckle: Maybe jump out of a tree, or take them on like in the movie predator  :chuckle:

I can get you set up. All it takes is a few minutes and you will have some great hog hunting! Even better if you are already going to be down there. They killed a monster bear awhile ago. No he is not offering bear hunts but, I will see if I can find a pick of it. The thing was a beast! It will get your blood pumping Machias!
