Anybody own a CVA .50 Cal muzzleloder?  Does CVA make good stuff?

 There not the best, but not the worst either. I started out with one of their's when I took up black powder, depending on how much you have to spend, or if you want a Trad or an inline. You can find some good deals if you look around, and if you buy one on line you dont need a FFL. But getting back to your original question, the CVA will be ok , plus abit down the road you can always upgrade. Hope this helps.
