Roses Lake, Manson; is it fishable yet

im coming back to the valley for my week of spring break this coming friday and id like to fish roses, its one of my favorite lakes, was curious if it was still iced over or it has cleared off.  talking with the old man it sounds like the weather in the wenatchee area has been rather unpredictable.
