yeah I dunno about going for steelhead right now since its getting kind of late for up here... I'm sure they are very dark right now... but I was looking at Roses Lake (by Chelan) Fish Lake ( by Lake Wenatchee) and Patterson Lake (by winthrop)... for trout and perch... I just don't know about the ice or how the fishing has been... or if there are any other lakes I could fish for trout or panfish right now...

Good trout fishing
If you want to do some Flyfishing try the Methow River if it is open you should have some fun for trout.

Completely understand - but it was kind of funny. All I know is you're surrounded by water, but I can't speak to seasons since I haven't fished that area since I lived in Moses Lake about 10 years ago. Don't know how far you're looking to travel, but Roosevelt is always a good bet with lots of access and room to spread out. A lot of guys pull good sized bows out of there from the bank all the time, same with Rufus (but there can be access and tribal barriers).
