components for 38 special reloads

It's been quite awhile since I sat at the bench and loaded handgun ammo.  I need to load 38's in quantity for my brother and a friend, specifically 125 gr SWC's or whatever else is cheapest for a good target load.  Who has the best deals on cast bullets and brass these days?
