Got my Whitey back yesterday
« on: March 28, 2011, 09:58:56 AM »
Dave (muleyhunter) has had him since i got back from the hunt at the end of october. Since he lives close by I stop in often to see what he's working on. Got it back yesterday and i can not stop looking at it. INCREDIBLE! FANTASTIC job my friend!!!! :IBCOOL: The wife and daughter think it is great too. i had a computer glitch so i have to attach pix in a little bit. I tell you, i have seen many mounts by many taxi guys on this side and in my native area in the Spokane Valley, you are among the best buddy! I won't name names, but i've seen work by the two most popular in our area that pales when compared to your work!!   If you are in the market for a mount, talk with Dave!!! Just WOW!

Wow Bill I can't thank you enough for all the nice compliments! The biggest reason I like doing taxidermy work is to see the joy on someone's face when they see the finished mount. Before they say anything the big smile on their face says it all. When I know someone is happy with their mount it makes all the time worth it. You couldn't have made me more happy than saying what you did Bill. Again a huge thank you and I couldn't asked for a better customer.

Ha ha, yes it would look great hanging with the Muley and the bear i do admit. Krystal keeps looking at it and tells me how much she likes it so i think it's staying for a while.  :chuckle:

funny thing to add. i think krystal and our almost 3 year old Delilah talk about "Charlie" as he seems to be called now, because Delilah points at the mount and says Yummy yummy in my tummy! she LOVES the summer sausage we made. made me chuckle the first time i heard it.

Bill, You and your family and friends are always welcome at my home. Dennell made a comment on what a sincere person you are and it's rare now a days. I had a good chuckle reading what your daughter said. You're going to have your hands full when she gets older. Better get that shotgun out.
