Buddies #2 WA 3pt.
« on: March 30, 2011, 06:25:06 PM »
I was up at my buddies house this afternoon and snapped a couple pics with the cell phone of his #2 Washington 3 point. He killed it two or three years ago during the general season. I'm not mentioning any score, if ya want to know, look it up in the WA record book, I just want to share the pics
Its a sweet buck. Id grease it in a heartbeat.

That is an unusual rack with it's height and the way those two back forks seem to branch of a main point then be so long. Hope he spread his genes out there. Doesn't look to be an older buck. Congrats to your friend thanks for posting

Sweet buck!
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Yeah its a stud. Looks way better in person, super tall rack. He earned it too as he hiked in solo about 8 miles. Very deserving guy with some luck. He said they figured it was 4 years old.

If its in the books it probably has his name with it.
Hence not mentioning the score

Its not a secret. Its in the WA record book. If it matters to some that much, go look it up. Sorry, but I don't post scores on this site. Seems anymore there are too many experts second guessing and it turns into a fiasco.

I may have to get mine scored!  I shot a deer in 2003 that looks identical to this one and never thought of getting it scored as a 3-point.  I was considering the Cascade Blacktail but I needed to check the boundry, I know I was real close to it.

anyways, nice buck.

That is a freaking NICE deer.

I wonder what mine would score? The thing that blew me away with the 3 pointer I got is the size of his body and neck.. almost like he was rutting.
