Spent Shotgun Shell strikers
« on: April 12, 2011, 07:32:05 PM »
Anyone that wants to turn one of their spent shotgun shells into a striker send them my way.  I can make you a striker using various types of wood (hickory, ash , maple, cherry, walnut, purple heart, rosewood, padauk, osage orange, tulipwood, zebrawood, cocobolo or wenge) or aluminum, carbon or acrylic and the spent shell as the striker top.  Wood is dependant on availability.

I will be able to put these together for $10 + s&H.  Let me know if it for a youngster and I will see what I can do.

This is a great way to make a keepsake and remember the past hunts on all of your future hunts.  I have made a few of these strikers before and they sound very good
