"Blacktail Legends of the Pacific Northwest"
« on: April 12, 2011, 08:35:58 PM »
Just wondering if anyone has this book, and if so, is it worth the $15? I saw it in a store today for $20 but then found it online for $10 plus $5 shipping. I'm going to order it unless someone can talk me out of it.

My buddy has it and I browsed though it looks like a good book.

For $15 it wouldn't hurt too bad if it was the worst book you ever picked up.  I'd never heard of it until now, will have to check it out!

I have this book and it is worth every penny! has tons and tons of pictures along with stories of how the animals were taken. It is really cool to hear good stories from our areas. Very great book and worth it for sure!

First I saw it at the grocery store in Rochester, but later I looked online and found it here:  http://www.nwbiggame.com/books.cfm

I got it for free at the Sportsman show a few months ago. Still in the plastic wrapper.

$15 bucks shouldn't break the bank.  Just buy it and throw it on the classified adds if you don't like it.
