Trout Release in Clear Lake

Anybody know the day that the trout get released into clear lake?  has it already happened?

Doesn't mention clear lake yet.  Should be this week though.

Seems to me I heard a rumor that there was a screw up in allotment and that I don't believe there are going to be any fish released in Clear lake.
