Looks to me like you have what will be a spike this year.  I only see one other deer in the background.

do you think spike cause that little white spot? i don't have a lot of experience with the little guys "budding" on trail cams. just trying to learn a bit.

The little white spot looks like a little bud trying to poke through IMO.  I have a little guy that I see in the backyard that looks similar.  The older bucks are showing more growth and the elk are starting to grow as well in my area.  I am not an expert, just my opinion.
