Without going back to the threads of years past.  I am thinking that the backdoor results have always been posted on a Friday.   Does this sound correct?

In 2009 the backdoor results came out on a Tuesday, I remember it well as I got "selected" for a Moose permit and flew to AK the next day and no internet access until Thursday morning......I was a nervous wreck.  Just looked through my old posts, the backdoor results were up for my Moose tag in 2009 on Tuesday June 9th at 1:43pm.

Someone said the furlough day this Friday had been cancelled, but maybe not for the WDFW? Either way, they still could have the results out Friday. After all, Outdoor Central actually does the draw. I could see possibly seeing back door results, but not official results until Monday.

I got an email today from GA/CMS and some of them are taking Thursday and others taking Friday as furlough days so they can continue operating 5 days a week.

I have an idea, Hunt-wa members take over the drawing. Save the state money. have the dead line. Print off the name units. Have people cut them into strips,draw out of a hat. Have a couple people tye the winners names. Press send.. Maybe 5 day process Not 3 to 4 F$#@N Weeks

isn't everything done by computer? why the hell does it take so long, it's been 20 days, we should have the results 19 days ago!!! as much money as we spend you would think they could afford a faster process

They will be out when you pay the new "draw results viewing fee". Then you can pay for the "crap in the woods permit". Then you'll need a permit to access state land, Oh wait that already happened.

They need to give out all the good tags to there friends,family, and local farmers before they give them out to the general public.

It is probably messed up like the new tolling system.  The state can never get anything right.  For such an educated state, they sure can be stupid.

Just curious - How often is everyone checking the back door?  I hate to admit it but check it a minimum of 5 times a day.  I keep thinking that it is going to be different.  Now look who is stupid..LOL

They probably do this to get a chuckle by watching us all freak out..I personally do the same thing to my kids on purpose..HAHAHA
