Is there any secret to using wet cob for late archery blacktail (like keeping it dry)?  Is there anything other than apples that it works well with for these blackies?

Cob will mold like crazy if it gets wet. There are still lots of apples hitting the ground right now

Whole corn with molasses stirred in. None of them can resist it.
