Drew bull tag last year there and now quality this year.

5x5 not a monster bull last year but it was my first elk and I saw 2 days later a bigger bull that made this one small.

He drew the bull tag last year, and this year sounds like he got the quality bull tag, which he still had all the points in. Well atleast that is what I am thinking

I have been trying to draw this tag for archery for 8 years now (hunting the unit for 10).  I have some pretty bad luck but I know where the bulls are.  I guess I am on to plan B.
