Skykomish river fishing
« on: June 23, 2011, 11:14:55 AM »
I am might head up to the Skykomish fishing tomorrow (Friday 6/24/2011).  I will admit that I have not fished that river and will look at a book that I have that shows some of the areas to fish.  If you are interested in going with me send me a PM.

I am leaving from Puyallup I would like to be there for the morning bite but since this is my first time fishing the Skykomish river I am not going to push it as we will need light to see what and were we are going.

They have been fishing Reiter ponds and where the Sultan dumps in the Sky lately. Been pretty high lately. Contact Steelywhopper he's the man on the lower Sky.

The Hunt,
Wish I could help you out. I am usually just passing thru head in up river. But most of the people are at Reiter or Sultan confluence but if i were you I would try at the High Bridge just below Zekes or at the Railroad over pass Right below Zekes as thats where I see most of the returning guys vehicles parked. The river is up some when I went thru last night.
