I used to go down there three or four times a summer with my kids. We would head South out of Electric City, cross the first "bridge" which goes across Osborn Bay. A soon as you cross Osburn Bay we'd turn left. There were LOTS of pull outs all along Osborn that you could fish from and or swim. We would fish with corn and my kids never had some much fun hauling in 3 to 10 pound carp, one after the other. I never told them they were trash and they didn't care. It was a blast for them and me. There is also alot of bass all along the cattails around Osborn Bay, largemouth and smallies. If you take a canoe or even an intertube you can slay the bass. In the evening top water plugs were killing the bass. Two things, TONS of ticks if you go wadding through the tall grass and there are rattle snakes so you must pay attention, but it's that way all around the shore of Banks. Lots of places to camp and or fish around Osborn Bay.
