How significant is the tiller adjustment on a compound bow? I have always set my tiller adjustment even and left it at that.

It is something that can be played with in the tuning process. Can help if your pin always settles low or high to adjust tiller. Or if you have trouble with nock height.

Each bow is different.  Get a group size from your current setup, then get a group size from one turn more and one from one turn less on the upper limb and see which group is better.  It probably will change.  That's generally the last step in tuning is group tuning via limb bolt adjustments (aka tiller adjustment).
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!
