Anybody have any experience with Predator or ASAT camo. If you like either of them and you have purchased them where did you purchase?

I have purchased the asat camo before, and have no field experience with the predator camo.  As far as I'm concerned, the asat camo design is pretty good and breaks up your outline.  The one thing I have a problem with is the material.  All they have is cotton or merino wool.  For the price you pay for a set of camo, I was expecting more than just cotton pants that shrink and fade when washed, and a merino wool top with at least one pocket.  The clothing design needs to be top notch for what you pay (i.e. sitka gear....where you can feel the money you spent).  I just don't feel I got more than some pretty colors on a tshirt and pant you could probably get at walmart.  Predator camo (from what i gather from in store visits and online research) is the same thing....cotton.  For the hunting I do (backcountry), your clothing is your lifeline and protection from the elements and not just some cool design that blends in to the background when viewed in black and white.  That was my 3 cents....I kinda went a little too far on that one.

I will have to say my favorite is Predator. I have the green, brown, and grey. They really break up your outline and you "blend"!
The green is absolutely fantastic in the spring and and the timber. The brown is a good all around fall color. The grey is great in the sage and in the winter (snow) The deception and evolution I kind of think are more geared to what hunters are looking for....Pretty patterns.
The cotton fabrics, I use during early season hunts and they work fine...
I also have Predator fleece clothing made by Day One. By far the best quality clothing I have ever purchased. I have a bunch of high dollar sitka clothing (tech fabric) I'm not sure about the longevity of these clothes...
I actually have a pair of fleece pants made by Day One that are I'm guessing 15 years old. No joke. they run about a hundred bucks for a pair of pants but well worth it.
So anyway....Predator + Day one = fantastic   :twocents:
